Morgan McKnight and Ryan Griffin have been promoted at Harbor National Bank.
McKnight is vice president and controller. Previously, she was assistant vice president. She received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from George Mason University.
Griffin is an assistant vice president in the downtown Charleston commercial lending office. Previously, he was a credit analyst. He has a bachelor’s degree in business from Wake Forest University.

Laura Taylor has been promoted to development manager at The Winkler Group. She has a bachelor’s degree from Clemson University.

Health care
Kellie Hall has joined Health First Primary, Urgent and Emergency Care as workers compensation coordinator for the locations in North Charleston, Summerville, West Ashley and Mount Pleasant. Previously, she owned and operated Artisan Clay Interiors LLC.

Home decor
Chris Cameron Noland has joined All About Windows as an outside sales representative. Previously, she was with Fine Rugs of Charleston. She has 20 years experience in the home decor industry.

Michael McCann and Josh Coward have joined Carolina Capital Management, an office of New England Financial, as financial representatives based in the Daniel Island location.
Previously, McCann was with Country Financial and First Horizon/MetLife Home. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland.
Coward previously was with American Benefit Services and Brill Securities. He has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the College of Charleston.

Stephanie N. Ramia has joined the Charleston office of Young Clement Rivers LLP as an associate attorney in the employment and labor law practice group. She has a bachelor’s degree in political science from Dickinson College and a law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law.
Helen Hiser has joined the Mount Pleasant office of McAngus Goudelock & Courie as an attorney. She practices environmental law, utilities law, energy regulation and insurance law. She has a bachelor’s degree from the College of Wooster, a master’s from the University of Kentucky and a law degree from American University’s Washington College of Law.

Amanda Lawrence has been named vice president of community impact at Trident United Way. Previously, she was director of financial stability. She has a master’s degree in business administration from The Citadel. She replaces Bonnie Bella, who has been named director of education.

Real estate
Bryan McElveen and Catherine Scurry have joined Dunes Properties as sales agents based in The Real Estate Studio in downtown Charleston.
Joey Froneberger has joined the West Ashley office of Agent-Owned Realty as an agent. He has bachelor’s degrees in political science and corporate communication from the College of Charleston.
Previously, he was office administrator and interim director of private events for McCrady’s Restaurant.
Carla Fix has joined the Charleston office of Lee & Associates as a property manager.

Lucas Rhoad has joined Zero Cafe + Bar at 0 George Street as executive chef. Previously, he was sous chef at Middleton Place Plantation.
He received a bachelor’s degree from Erskine College.

Marina Aslanyan has been promoted to chief executive officer of North Charleston- based Smart-Linx Solu-tions. She had been chief operations officer and has 18 years tech in- dustry experience. She has a bachelor’s in management information systems from New York Univer- sity and a master’s in mathematics and mechanical engineering from Baku State University.
